Hello everyone!

September has been another busy, yet fulfilling month with its own set of challenges. We started a community group through our church with some close friends where we have been meeting in homes and going through the book of Mark together.  

Molly and I were able to lead worship for a fall retreat in the Colorado Springs area for Christian Challenge (College ministry). Unfortunately we have both been battling colds. Just as I recovered from a cold, I got sick again, this time running a fever. A good chunk of this month has been recovering from being sick. 

Another Challenge this month was a test of faith. As Molly and I plan for the future with the birth of baby MJ, I have to admit that I've been stressed. I know God has called me to work with OMF. He has made that more clear than almost anything else in my life. The difficulty comes in me learning to trust the Father that He will provide through support raising. I'm ashamed that I still struggle with lack of faith even after everything that God has done in our lives and for my family. I ask for your prayers that God would give me an unshakable faith in His provision and love for us. 

The highlight this month was, by far, Molly's 20 Week ultrasound. I was overwhelmed with joy when we got see a little peak of Melody. She is growing so well! They even confirmed her gender (phew! don't have to buy new clothes!) Molly and I eagerly await the day we can meet our daughter.
