While many students devote their lives to missions in their early 20s, the process of finally reaching the field takes much longer than most prospective missionaries expect. Unfortunately, many young people drop out during this process.
Our Equipping Team works with aspiring missionaries, helping them journey from their initial interest in missions until they ultimately step on a plane for Asia. In addition to getting to the field faster, this also helps prepare new missionaries to stay on the field longer.
