Bryan and Jan served with OMF from 1992, 23 years of that time in Japan. In 2015 the Lord called them to join the OMF (U.S.) team advocating for every people group of East Asia, encouraging, enabling and equipping the body of Christ to serve God’s purposes among them.
Bryan and Jan moved to "retiree" status at the end of 2025 and no longer receive financial support through OMF. They both continue to serve in ministry as volunteers, Bryan mentoring people seeking to serve long-term with OMF in Japan, and Jan serving on the Member Care team.
They are extremely grateful to God for each and every one of their ministry partners who have prayed for them, encouraged them and supported them in financial and practical ways over the 33+ years they have served with OMF. They continue to see God at work in and through them and are happy to continue to serve in volunteer ministry roles.
