Two Years On

We continue to help our colleagues on home assignment take stock--take stock of what their recent time on the field involved, of what God is saying to them, and of how they can be better equipped as they aim for a return to the field. Most of the resources that help along that way are not innovative ones, but the old basics ones of our journeys with Christ. And at the very foundation is God himself! He alone does wonderful things.
For six months now Anne has been involved in an additional role of assisting our Personnel Director. Her tasks involve helping colleagues navigate the transitions involved in ministry, especially the ones that are not expected nor straight forward.
