Hope for life is a holistic ministry among the urban poor of Phnom Penh, that wants to see churches established throughout the poor communities of Phnom Penh. We do this through prayer, evangelism, discipleship and leadership training.
The current focus of the project is working to develop the church and empowering Khmer leaders emerging from the congregation. Located in the heart of a community with many and varied needs, the church tries to help as it is able.
We look for ways to address the needs of the poor holistically in partnership with local NGOs that are involved in helping children and youth to have access to education and skills training, as well as advice and help families to support themselves or provide work, and counselling, particularly for women who are trying to make positive lifestyle changes.
We also partner with local clinics to support poor people having access to medical treatment.
Your donation will be used for such expenses as building rent and operating expenses (for church, Sunday school and other activities), ministry resources, sponsoring training of church members and such like.
