God put global missions on my heart in 2015. In Matthew 28:18-20, Jesus says to his disciples, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Over the last 5 years, I've felt God leading me to continue trusting Him with the Great Commission. If you knew me in 2016, you know that I planned to move to Rwanda to share the love of Christ in Kigali, and you know that I didn’t end up going. But, there is beauty in it. God doesn’t waste anything. He uses all things for good, and He is still at work! Between then and now, God continued to burden my heart with the need for global missions, particularly to unreached peoples.
OMF trains, equips, and encourages churches and individuals to become passionately involved in God’s global mission. As a Mobilization Coordinator with OMF, I will have the privilege of creating opportunities to engage more people in sharing the hope of Jesus with East Asia's peoples. Our events will strategically expand mobilization efforts in taking the Gospel to unreached peoples. I’m very excited about the journey ahead and invite you to join me on it!
