Team Leader Training for short-term missions
Leading an effective mission trip is more than arranging budgets and flights. It’s about transformation among the participants, the hosts, and the senders. Team Leader Training will help leaders consider what it takes before, during, and after to create an effective mission trip.
The facilitators come from the OMF (U.S.) mobilization team. They have a broad range of experiences including sending and receiving short-term mission teams, consulting churches on improving their missions involvement, and serving long-term in Asia.
