Dear friends,
This December, I will be going on another mission with OMF. From December 12th to 23rd, I’ll be serving alongside an OMF church-planting team in South Thailand 🇹🇭. Christmas 🎄 is a season when many Thai people are more open to hearing the gospel, so we will be visiting schools, churches, and local communities to support various outreaches. Our team will be led by Kim and Mary, long-term OMF missionaries who served over 20 years in Central Thailand.
Having an overseas team often draws interest, creating opportunities for the local OMF team and Thai Christians to share the gospel ✝️. We will serve through prayer 🙏, games 🎉, songs 🎶, drama 🎭, and testimonies, all with the desire to reach Thai Buddhists for Christ. This trip will also give our team a meaningful taste of cross-cultural missions 🌍.
I’m excited to step into this new chapter of purpose and obedience. This trip isn’t just about travel ✈️—it’s about following God’s call, serving the nations, and living out His heart for every tribe and tongue ❤️🌍.
Why mission trip again?
After returning from my mission trip to Singapore 🇸🇬 this June, I’ve stayed connected with OMF and continued looking for ways to serve 👀. Growing up in Asia 🌏, God gave me a deep desire to be a bridge between the Lord and those who do not yet know Him ✝️.
I know Jesus loves me not because of what I’ve done, but simply because He loves the world ❤️ (John 3:16). I want to share that same love with the lost. Many in Asia seem happy 😊, yet deep down every heart longs for something solid - Someone to rely on through life’s changes 🌧️☀️. Jesus is the answer 🙌.
I want to serve in Asia because it’s the place that shaped me. I understand the culture, the pressures, and the unspoken needs. I’ve seen how people can appear calm yet still feel empty inside. My heart longs to share the hope I found in Jesus with those still searching 🙏💛, using my background and experiences to make a meaningful kingdom impact 🌿.
This is why I’m stepping into this next mission trip with OMF—ready to serve, ready to obey, and ready to share Christ’s love with those who have yet to hear ✈️🌍✨.
What Will I Be Doing in Thailand?
📅 Dates: December 12 – 23, 2025
📍 Location: Nakhon Si Thammarat, South Thailand (rural area)
👩🏫 Role: Celebrating Christmas 🎄 with missionaries from New Zealand 🇳🇿 and local Thai mission teams. I’ll be involved in student outreach and children’s ministry in rural communities. Plans are still TBD, but I’ll keep you updated in my newsletter 📝✨.

- Pray for grace, patience, and humility as we serve alongside people from different cultures 🌏, including volunteers from New Zealand 🇳🇿 and long-term missionaries Kim & Mary who are based in Thailand for twenty years.
- Pray that we serve with a humble heart, learn well, and make a meaningful impact—even in less than two weeks ✨.

- Pray that I deeply trust God’s control over everything that happens ✝️.
- Pray for strength, health, and protection during multiple transfers: SFO → Vancouver → Bangkok → Nakhon Si Thammarat ✈️, with smooth connections and rest along the way 😌.
- Pray for grace in communication with OMF staff and teammates from different cultures 🌏 - clarity, kindness, patience, and unity 🤝.
- Pray for clarity and obedience as I discern future mission opportunities God may be leading me toward 🌿.

I currently have approximately $900 from previous fundraising, leaving $1,317 remaining to reach my goal. 🕊️ Final Thoughts
This will be my second mission trip ✈️, and I am praying for humility and travel safety 🙏. The Lord places different people around me so that we can grow together in Him ❤️.
Cultural differences do not stop us from growing. The Lord knows exactly what we need 🌏✨. He understands every culture and how people from different backgrounds interpret the Bible in different ways 📖. He will speak to each of us in a way that we can hear and understand 👂💛.
