Autumn was trapped. Her daily reality consisted of selling her body on the streets to earn $300, the amount she needed to feed her heroin addiction. She ended up in prison and it was there she gave her life to Jesus. One thing God showed her was that she had incredible worth in his eyes. This realization set her free from the bondage of her previous lifestyle and opened the door for her to see God had a bigger purpose for her. In Autumn’s words, “Today if anyone were to ask me what I’m worth, I’d say I’m worth way more than $3oo a day. I now know that I’m priceless!”
Autumn is right—she is priceless. As is each person we are called to reach. Each one bought with a precious price. We must continue until every person has the same opportunity Autumn did.
By supporting the Task Unfinished in prayer, serving and giving, you are part of reaching people like Autumn who need the hope of Christ. You are helping send one more worker to East Asia!
