November 2020 Drop Program Exam Results

16 Students sat for the Middle School Exam in Bat Howy on November 30, 2020. All of these kids two years ago had dropped out of school. Out of the 16, 11 have officially passed the middle school and are eligible for high school in Cambodia! 11/16 is a very good pass rate for Cambodia. This is a major accomplishment for these kids and a testament to their work and the work of the 4 teachers who took the extra time to run a middle school on top of the elementary school in this remote village. This is a step forward in closing the education gap in this district. Thank you for your support and prayers for rural Cambodian literacy!
