The Personnel Team is excited to welcome Pam Kaczmarczyk as the next Retiree Care Coordinator. Pam brings 15 years of experience as a former OMF missionary to Taiwan. Her life calling is to know Christ and make Him known. After Taiwan, she earned a Master’s degree in TESOL, worked in a church for 3 years, and taught ESL in a local college for the past 12 years.

Longing to be in a more direct full-time ministry to serve our Lord, Pam is delighted at the prospect of serving OMF Retirees. In her spare time, she loves to visit with her Mexican neighbors teaching English, learning Spanish, and making friends. She also loves to make healthy foods, especially desserts! Gardening, oiling (essential oils), and biking are also happy hobbies for her. Pam lives in Washington State, and has been married to Ed since 2008. Ed is retired now and has been a blessing to Pam. They enjoy serving in their local church.
