Unlike the breaded and deep-fried variety you can buy at fast-food places, fresh cheese curds like this actually squeak between your teeth when you chew them! They are basically naturally-shaped chunks of cheddar, best if eaten the same day they're made and before they need to be refrigerated (within 24 hours of production). Experiencing local culture is a high priority to most internationals while in the USA, and it's our pleasure to be able to introduce them to some memorable experiences of this sort.
