Special Lunar New Year Study!

The Lunar New Year is a holiday for many of our international friends. Our teammate David lined up a group of mainly professors who are alumni of the UW, but who have since returned to Asia, to be a part of an early morning Zoom Bible study which was evening their time… The holiday gave them a little extra free time to take part in this extra study on Monday and Thursday mornings, in addition to our normal weekly discussion with several of them every Wednesday evening. We studied the book of Ruth, with a focus on Ruth's heart for the one true God, her willingness to cross cultures, take risks in faith, and so forth. 'New beginnings' was also a theme, since who doesn't want a new beginning after 2020!?
